L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd., which is implementing the Hyderabad Metro Rail project along with the Government of Telangana for 71.16 kms of elevated metro rail system is all set to implement its novel concept called Hyderabad Next.

Hyderabad Metro Rail is not just a transport system, but it has also been envisaged for changing the lives of the people of Hyderabad in a better way. The easy of accessing daily needs coupled with weekend entertainment through retail innovation is all set to transform the lifestyles of people in Hyderabad. Metro stations are mainly used for seamless commute with retail outlets coming up to meet the daily needs of the commuters. Hyderabad Metro Rail not only caters to the needs of commuters but also serves the non-commuters in adjacent neighborhoods close to Metro stations offering a unique total retail space of about 0.45millionsq ft which includes all stations.  This is the station retail model which is already a huge success.
