We Are Taking Precautions So That You Can Take a Safe Journey!


Our aim has always been to serve you to the best of our abilities. The pandemic had, however, put a stop on us helping you reach your destinations. But now we are ready to serve you once again. We are back more prepared and more equipped than before. 

With your safety as our topmost priority, we are taking all the necessary precautions and safety measures to make sure your journey with us is a safe one. We are your partners in safe travel. Let us tell you how we are making your trips safe,


  • Cleaning and Sanitization – Regular cleaning and sanitizing is an extremely effective way to protect yourself against the virus. And we have incorporated this practice thoroughly. We are regularly cleaning and sanitizing every possible object and surface that comes in contact with you or our staff. This includes everything from handrails, ticket counters, security area, seats, gates, escalators, front and rear cabins to AFC/ticket entry gates, lifts, stairs, platforms, floors, AC ducts, and metro coaches.

  • Regular Briefings – All our staff gets regular briefings from our station controller. These briefings include the do’s and don’ts for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone. With a daily reminder, we aim to leave no scope of mistake from our staff’s side.

  • Isolation Room – In the event of an unforeseen situation, we have also set up an isolation room at the station. If the need is, we are fully prepared to put people in isolation until we can get help.

  • Cashless and Contactless Ticket Bookings – To transform the ticket booking process into a cashless and contactless one, we are taking the help of our app, TSavaari. We also hope to encourage you to make use of the app to book your tickets and make your journey completely contactless.

  • Our staff’s taking precautions as well – Masks are mandatory for all our staff at all the time. All of them are also required to undergo thermal screening every day. And along with all this, they use hand sanitizers whenever they are going to enter a cabin.

  • Helpline Number – We have also set up helpline numbers that you can to contact us in case of any emergencies. Our dedicated staff will answer all your queries and assist in all the ways possible.

  • Limits on Lifts – Lifts are tiny spaces, and people crowding in it could be very dangerous. Hence, we have put a maximum limit on the people entering the lift. So, there can be only three people at any given time in the lift.
