Save Defoliating Environment

Throughout the evolution of the Homosapien we have used the land to fulfill our needs. During this millennia the Homosapien has increased its mistreatment of the environment by continually polluting the air, land and water. He is also the reason for the genocide of many animals. The saving of the environment highly depends on the mindset of the people. Just giving up non-vegetarian food won’t help animals survive. The natural habitat being destroyed is affecting the animals.

However, there are a few initiatives that can be taken up by the citizens to help in preserving the environment. Imagine when you reduce the usage of personal vehicles; the pollution level automatically will reduce. Using of public transport will help in reduction of the harmful gases produced that contribute in global warming. Metro Rail is one such boon for the people of Hyderabad.

Every commuter who chooses the Metro over a car or a bus contributes in reduction in emission of roughly of carbon dioxide. Noting the contribution made by metro commuters to reduce global warming, every citizen can take the initiative of commuting using the metro and contribute directly towards saving the environment.

The Metro will help remove lakhs of vehicles from city roads daily also contribute to the reduction of fuel consumption annually. Further to reducing the fuel costs, the metro will reduce the green house gases emission by a huge number on an annual basis.

People that rely on public transportation have been observed to have a more organized schedule than those with access to a car. Apart from contributing in saving of the environment, public transportation provides safety and economic benefits to people and businesses.

City Acquaintance - ESI

A brand new public transport system that can drive traffic woes away. Yes, Hyderabad Metro Rail is the boon which Hyderabad had been awaiting for a long time. A radical Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) which can alter the destiny of Hyderabad is currently being constructed. There are three corridors with 66 stations and ESI falls under Corridor I. This stretch extends from LB Nagar in South Eastern Hyderabad to Miyapur in Northern part of the city, for more than 25 km.

A key corridor of Hyderabad Metro Rail, the line has transformed ESI region located midway between SR Nagar and Kukatpally. A well known hub of healthcare for decades, ESI derives its name from the extensive and large scale healthcare establishment, ESI, a noted landmark of Hyderabad city.

The arrival of Metro has made a big difference with rapid development activities picking up in the region with a significant improvement in property rates too. Once operational, thousands of patients travelling to this region everyday will be able to avail of the Metro rail, which offers maximum comfort and convenience.

Moreover, located at a key intersection of SR Nagar to Miyapur section, travelling to other regions of Hyderabad will become easier with Metro rail. With the development of other suburban regions in the city in the last 15 years, there has been less focus on localities like ESI but Hyderabad Metro Rail is all set to change this.

With the advent of Metro rail, ESI is all set to rediscover its prominence on the map of Hyderabad and with increased frequency of trains, retail spaces at Metro stations and other infrastructure additions; it will definitely mark a new era.

City Acquaintance- Paradise Metro Station

Spanning a total expanse of 72 km along the length and breadth of the city, Hyderabad Metro Rail is poised to drive the future growth of Hyderabad city in a global age. Touted to be an effective mass rapid transit system, the Metro Rail project is geared up for rewriting the city’s development agenda.

Corridor III of Metro Rail stretching from Nagole to Shilparamam is a significant corridor for greater connectivity. Paradise Station located on this corridor is currently being constructed at an impressive pace. Located close to the Parade grounds interchange station, Paradise is all set to connect a busy intersection of Hyderabad Metro Rail.

Paradise is a key hub of Secunderabad since decades as it is the gateway to vehicles plying towards North Telangana and further towards North India. It records a high influx of floating population every day, as commuters traverse the region from Secunderabad towards Hyderabad and beyond in all four directions.
The metro project envisages a brand new metro station at Paradise. The station which would feature commuter friendly facilities like staircase, elevators, escalators, parking and other amenities will be a great advantage for the region, with a positive spillover effect on businesses and commercial properties as well.

The station would be an icon of development as the high frequency metro trains are expected to carry thousands of passengers through the Paradise station every hour. With better connectivity through an eco-friendly and highly efficient project like Metro, this busy intersection of Secunderabad will transform the entire public transportation system in the locality.

The upcoming Paradise Metro station is shaping up well with all the groundwork and advanced construction taking off and it would be nothing short of a dream come true for the citizens of the region to witness a swanky and modern metro station catering to the people for years to come!

Stick No Bills

Hyderabad Metro Rail, indeed a boon for Modern Hyderabad is all set to transform the public transportation system in the city along the three corridors stretching for 72 km. The Metro project is unique in terms of its planning, construction, sheer size, stations and other related infrastructure.  The project is not only a game changer, but it is also becoming an important landmark and a symbol of Modern Hyderabad.
With such a prestigious project, it is also important to ensure that all the infrastructure related to Hyderabad Metro rail is preserved for decades to come since it will be the lifeline of transport for the rapidly growing city. In this regard, it is crucial to safeguard the metro infrastructure for the future.
It is a common practice to fix pamphlets and other advertising and promotional material to walls and facades on the roads, which is not an approved practice. Sticking bills and all such material to metro pillars in fact reduces the value and the aesthetic look of the project. It is the collective responsibility of everyone to make sure that the Metro stays free of such undesirable posters and stickers because it affects the world-class image of the project.
The project has been conceived as per international quality standards and it is a proud moment for Hyderabad, to witness the rapid construction of Metro that can make a big difference in the coming years. Therefore, there has to be a strict code of conduct to see that no such material is fixed to pillars, stations and all other metro infrastructure. Preserving metro properties is a key element of lending your crucial support to the project in our city and it is an appeal to one and all to desist from unapproved practices and in fact, contribute positively for beautifying the metro rail properties and infrastructure.

Transformation - LB Nagar

Hyderabad Metro Rail is a harbinger of development for the city of Hyderabad in the years and decades to come. Estimated to carry lakhs of passengers in the near future, it is truly a revolutionary public transport for the city of Hyderabad.

The progress envisages three corridors out of which LB Nagar-Miyapur corridor is called as Corridor I. This corridor starts at LB Nagar and proceeds towards Miyapur for more than 27 km. LB Nagar has been a key intersection since many decades, as it is the gateway towards Vijayawada and Srisailam including Nalgonda and some parts of Mahabubnagar district but the pace of road infrastructure development has been inadequate.

Moreover, there was a need for a massive face-lift for this region as it has been witnessing a heavy rush of migrants and others who commute every day through inadequate road transport. The advent of Hyderabad Metro Rail has added a completely new dimension today for LB Nagar region. Emerging from an underdeveloped suburb, today LB Nagar is undergoing a sea change with the Metro rail project slowly transforming the landscape of the region with promise of more development in the future.

With the station construction going on at a rapid pace, and with the viaducts and metro infrastructure nearing completion, LB Nagar, the South east suburb of Hyderabad, which is emerging as a residential hub is all set to get a fillip with this infrastructure addition. Moreover with the stations also hosting retail spaces, it would enable a large scale transformation of the region with more commuters preferring to do their shopping while they travel. Traversing long distances within city is no longer a problem with metro and this ensures rapid development as residents choose LB Nagar for buying a property because they can travel to other busy junctions of city through Corridor I and also switch to other corridors through inter change stations. Metro project at LB Nagar is truly a transformative preposition for this rapidly growing suburb of the city.
